What is Future Life Progression & Past Life Regression?

I offer three products; Future Life Progression, Past Life Regression & Future Lifetime Progression. Each is a 90min relaxing guided visualisation that I take you on, using crystal alchemy sound bowls to allow you to experience a deep sense of relaxation.

Past Life Regression

Past Life Regression is one of the most well-known and transformative modalities for uncovering the root causes of emotional or energetic blocks — especially those that don't seem to originate in this lifetime. If you've explored other healing approaches without resolution, it may be because the origin lies in a past life that hasn’t yet been accessed or understood.

This experience is guided by a clear intention — whether it's resolving a recurring challenge, gaining insight into a specific fear, or understanding patterns that limit personal growth. During the visualisation process, you are gently guided to the most relevant lifetime that holds the key to your current block. Once identified, the session may involve releasing energetic ties (cord-cutting) to free you from its lingering influence.

In addition to addressing specific challenges, Past Life Regression can also illuminate recurring soul themes, offering powerful clarity on your soul’s journey and purpose in this life.

Future Life Progression

Future Life Progression is a very exciting tool. Again, we enter into the session with a goal to achieve, an answer or clarity needed. I find the most people who chose this guided visualisation, are in need of a boost and a spiritual thumbs up that they are on the correct path. It can really help with business decisions, and pretty much anything in your life you need clarity on. With all my sessions, once I have guided you into the timeline, I then become a detective, walking you through the experience, prompting you, so that you can gain as much insight as possible from the experience. We are in communication the entire time, and I also energetically am with you in your timeline. With Future Life Progression we are able to jump forward in time, and look at your life at different points. There are two sessions to choose between: 1) 5 & 10 years & 2) 5 years alternative futures.

I will explain both timelines.

Timeline 1 - 5 & 10 Years

5 & 10 years - You will go 5 years into your future, where we will look at where you are living, what you are doing etc. We will gather as much information as possible, and once finished, we will then go a further 5 years into the future. You will then see how your life has evolved and again, be able to gather as much information as possible from the experience. This really does give fantastic clarity if you are uncertain about a business venture or house move, or some other big decision that you want to see how it plays out. We bring the energetic fingerprint of your future self back, by anchoring it in, so that you can start being your future self now and fast track your future. It is an extremely powerful and exciting visualisation.

Timeline 2 - 5 Years Alternative Futures

5 Years alternative futures - You will go 5 years into your future, as the previous session details. The difference being, that once we have seen your life in 5 years, we come out of it, and go into an alternative future for you in 5 years. This future is what your life would be like if there were no limiting beliefs, no limitations, no fear. In short, it is your best possible future. In this timeline, you are able to see your full potential here on earth. It is always a very exciting session to see what someone’s best possible future looks like. We then anchor the energetics of your best possible future self so you can start being that now. There is much information gathering in this session to help you uncover how you got to where you are, who helped, what advice you would give yourself etc. It is an extremely powerful exercise.

Future Lifetime Progression

The final timeline is a Future Lifetime Progression. This is a timeline when you jump to a future incarnation. We set an intention for what we want to achieve from the session before we begin. This is for people who wish to have more of a bird’s eye view of their soul’s path. It helps to gain clarity on your soul gifts and your life’s purpose. It is also a very exciting and interesting exercise. As with the other timelines, you can gain so much insight and information during this session, and energetics to bring back with you into this lifetime.
